The fitball is used for core stability exercises. Your body responds to the instability of the ball by strengthening your core to provide a steady base.
There are hundreds of exercises you can perform with a fitball for your whole body. You can lie forwards over the ball, with your back on the ball, you can lie on the ground and have your feet on the ball ect. It was designed mostly for core strengthening, but suitable to use for arm/ chest strength eg pushups, as well as leg strength eg squats. The fitball is a great all rounder piece of equipment that is suitable for all ages and abilities. Ask us at your next appointment how you can use the ball for your needs.

Sold at size 65cm diameter, the most standard size for adults. Please contact us for smaller 55cm, or larger 75cm options.
The 65cm fitball is great for most adults to sit on and exercise with, however if you are shorter the 55cm may be better, and a taller adult would need the 75cm fitnall to sit on, but may be able to exercise on a 65cm ball.
